Personally, I feel that the FBI should stick with the Organized/Disorganized method for short term cases only. This is because the Holmes and De Burgers method has more categories and can more specifically pin point a serial killer, but it requires the examination of the victims which means the more people that are killed the easier this method is. If the FBI were to use the Holmes and De Burgers method overall, they would have to let several people die before being able to more successfully use it which means they would not be doing their jobs as quickly and smoothly as possible. After an extended period of time, if the FBI cannot catch the killer using the Organized/Disorganized method and several people have already been murdered, then I would say they should switch to Holmes and De Burgers' method. What do YOU guys think?

I have always been very interested in all of the serial killing movies and TV shows, Dexter particulary. When my english teacher gave our class the chance to write about anything we wanted, I knew serial killers was the topic for me. My interest in the subject allowed me to easily absorb a great deal of knowledge on this subject through extensive research. ArchivesCategories |
